个人简介
李佳博士长期在新型光电器件及系统集成领域开展研究工作。聚焦新型半导体、高效器件架构和先进制备工艺的相互结合,开发可满足各类新兴信息技术应用需要的下一代高性能光电器件与系统。研究工作兼顾器件物理探索、器件性能优化、系统集成、应用开发(例如,医学成像、大健康、人工智能、无人驾驶、物联网)等多重内容。主持国家自然科学基金、广东省省级科研项目、深圳市基础研究重点项目、香港创新科技基金(ITF)等科研项目。在Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Applied Physics Letters,Chemical Communications等期刊发表论文50余篇, 发表学术专著章节3篇,申请专利近20项,其中获授权8项,获省部级科技奖2项。
