个人简介
PI,副教授,博士,深圳市海外高层次人才,从事化合物半导体的制备与光电转化器件的研究工作,在有机/无机杂化和无机半导体材料的晶体生长机理、结构设计与控制,载流子输运等领域取得了一定量的成果。在Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem., Matter, Adv. Funct. Mater.和Adv. Energy Mater. 等期刊上共发表文章60余篇,被他引5400余次(Google Scholar),其中SCI高引8篇,H因子35;已获授权1项发明专利,13项发明专利和2项实用新型专利实审中;已主持和参与国家级基金3项、省市级基金9项,担任多个国际期刊的编委成员和审稿人;指导的研究生已2人次获国家奖学金。
